The 57cc twin is brand new release and is currently the largest twin we offer. Same bottom end as a 45 or 50.8cc but with Zenoah 36mm top ends. Being that this is a larger displacement you can expect this twin to be the highest torque but not rev quite as high a 45 or 50.8cc.

A week before hpibajaforum.com's 2010 Dunetoberfest, we came up with the idea to build the 50.8cc twin engine. We had just recently received a shipment of water cooled twin engines. At O'Neill Brothers Racing, our passion is building high performance engines and we are always thinking of new ideas and ways to get better. After seeing that the bolt pattern on the clutch side of the engine was the same on the water cooled twin, that got our wheels turning. Joe, Dan and Sean dropped what they were doing and went to work on getting this engine into a baja. With only having about a week on the first build, we barely pulled it off in time to bring it out to Dunetoberfest. After watching the first run in the sand, we were hooked and have been working nonstop on this engine ever since.

Now lets talk about the engine. The bottom end is a brand new RCMK V2 S-520. This was our first choice due to the one piece crankshaft and the fact that this bottom end utilizes both needle and sealed crankcase bearings. We have installed two fully ported Zenoah G270RC 4 bolt 25.4cc top ends on this engine. This engine comes with two Wt-929 carbs, which can be upgraded to Wt-603's during checkout. This engine is setup for 91 octane pump gas. We solved the heating issue with the heat sink shown in the pictures, compression and custom modified pistons.

2x Victory Pro Twin Pipes;
1x  Braap throttle linkage
